The sunny and cosy 1 bedroom holiday flat is situated on a strelitzia garden, has its own private entrance and 2 terraces.

The flat is located on a beautiful finca of approx. 4,500 sqm on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz, only about 125 metres above the sea and is considered "the green oasis" with beautiful flowers and many palm species. The finca borders on a small nature reserve, part of it is even a nature reserve itself. 

There is a heated natural stone pool, a fitness room and a large barbecue area. There are only a few flats on the finca, which are arranged in such a way that you don't have to have any contact with other residents of the finca if you don't want to!

Despite the quiet location of the finca, it is very conveniently situated. Furthermore, the finca is an oasis of peace. For this reason, loud parties are expressly prohibited.

This holiday flat is equipped with a large living and dining room with a sofa and 2 armchairs and with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen is practical and functionally furnished. The dining area has a nice big round table for up to 4 people. It is a very bright and warm flat as the flat has large windows on 2 sides.

The bedroom with the double bed and 2 large wardrobes is an interesting feature. It is on a slightly higher level than the living room, separated from the living room by a light curtain. If you pull the curtain aside, you have a great view of the greenery and the neighbouring nature reserve from your bed. And no one can see in. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and of course a hairdryer.

The flat is big enough for 4 people to live in, but only has 2 beds, so it is a really spacious flat for 2 people.

• With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We will discuss a possible rare exception with you in individual cases.
  For arrivals after 4 p.m. and Saturdays/Sundays/holidays, we charge a one-time administration fee of 25 euros.
• The landlord has his own terms and conditions and cancellation policy, which apply to bookings. The terms and conditions and cancellation policy of Ferienhaus-Canarias.net are therefore not valid when booking this property.
• This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outside is of course allowed.
• If you don't want to rent a car, you can use the very good bus connections. Buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
• There is no dangerous gas on the finca, everything is electrically powered.

Large supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona (only 800 m away), shops of all kinds and restaurants are only about 2 minutes away by car, Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava only about 10 minutes by car. And the motorway is only about 5 minutes away by car.
