Live on a beautiful 2-person garden finca with fantastic sea views, in a detached, rustic "finca house" surrounded by tropical plants, fruit, wine and flowers, away from mass tourism!

In the midst of beautiful green landscape with a wide view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide, this finca, bordering vineyards, is situated in a rural location near the small village of La Vega, approx. 500 m above sea level in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos. Holidays where locals live - Away from the hustle and bustle - to relax and experience the peace and quiet.

In about 8 minutes by car you are at Playa San Marcos (bathing bay with beach and restaurants), in about 15 minutes by car you are already on the south side of the island and in the best hiking areas. In 5 minutes by car you are in the village of Icod de los Vinos.

The location is a good starting point for hiking tours in the pine forest which start above in Corona Forestal. On hikes in this northern region, you often have magnificent distant views of the coast and the Atlantic Ocean. The Pico del Teide, which can be seen from almost every location on Tenerife, rises majestically in the background. If you drive up to the National Park del Teide, you will reach the fascinating lava landscape of the crater basin, also known as the caldera.
In general, Tenerife offers an unusually varied landscape, the caldera at an altitude of about 2,000 m, dense pine and laurel forests that begin at 1,000 m above sea level, sunny sandy beaches and bizarre rocky coasts.

The finca house is detached on a beautiful finca site with a total of 3 houses. One of the houses is also for rent, the other is occupied by the landlords half-yearly.

The over 100 year old finca house has been lovingly restored and furnished with taste and comfort. Now it presents itself with living area, complete kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom with shower. From the living area you also have a magnificent view of the Atlantic.

In the adjoining room there is a washing machine for free use.

The romantic garden and the two terraces facing the sea, equipped with sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol, make living "outside" with a dream view an experience. Depending on the weather you will be able to experience wonderful sunsets here.

A powerful, quiet heat pump (air conditioning) is available for cooler evenings.
