Holiday flat for up to 3 persons with 2 terraces, one facing the morning sun and the 2nd one is open from south-east to west. In front of both are beautiful gardens, all surrounded by lush vegetation.

The holiday home is located on a beautiful finca of approx. 4,500 sqm on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz, only about 125 metres above sea level and is considered "the green oasis" with beautiful flowers and many palm species. Here you will find a very pleasant, balanced climate. The finca borders on a small nature reserve, part of it is even a nature reserve itself.

There is a heated natural stone pool, a fitness room and a large barbecue area. There are only a few flats on the property, which are arranged in such a way that you don't have to have any contact with other residents of the finca if you don't want to!

Despite the quiet location of the finca, it is very conveniently situated. Furthermore, the finca is an oasis of peace. Loud parties are therefore expressly prohibited.

The flat has a super comfortable leather sofa and a swivel chair in the living/dining room, as well as a dining table with bench and chairs, all very comfortable, and a SAT-TV. The large glass doors can be pushed away from each other, so you can sit inside as if you were outside.

The spacious bedroom offers a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a safe firmly embedded in the wall. The bedroom window has bars so you can sleep soundly with the window open. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bathroom cabinet. The second bedroom has a single bed for one person and its own small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The entrance to this is on its own private terrace. It is therefore not suitable as a bedroom for children under about 10 years of age. Besides this it has the great advantage of providing a completely separate area for both bedrooms.

• With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We will discuss a possible rare exception with you in individual cases.
  For arrivals after 4 p.m. and Saturdays/Sundays/holidays, we charge a one-time administration fee of 25 euros.
• The landlord has his own terms and conditions and cancellation policy, which apply to bookings. The terms and conditions and cancellation policy of Ferienhaus-Canarias.net are therefore not valid when booking this property.
• This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outside is of course allowed.
• If you don't want to rent a car, you can use the very good bus connections. Buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
• There is no dangerous gas on the finca, everything is electrically powered.

Supermarkets, shops and restaurants, bars and also the local guachinches (almost all with excellent food and drink) can be reached in 2 to 3 minutes by car, 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The bus connections on Tenerife are very good, so you can do without a car if you want. The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. From here, buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions.
