Property description
This holiday home with private heated pool is located in Sueño Azul, a secluded and quiet part of Callao Salvaje on the Costa Adeje.
Callao Salvaje has a beautifully landscaped beach about 5 minutes walk away. In the village there are shopping facilities, nice bars and restaurants. There is also a sports hotel with a small golf course and a great spa area and tennis courts.
The coastal village of Callao Salvaje belongs to the municipality of Adeje and is only about 10 km from Playa Las Américas and Los Cristianos, the top beaches on Tenerife. In addition to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, there is also a coastal footpath here where you can walk to Playa Paraiso beach or even Puertito beach.
The nearest golf course is 5 minutes away by car. If you like to play tennis, Callao Salvaje is also the place to be, as there is the Callao Sports Centre with several tennis courts.
Equipment
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and 2 washbasins. In the second bathroom there is a shower. There are patio doors to the pool from the living room and kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer is very spacious. In the living room there is TV and a dining area. Another dining table is in the conservatory next to the pool. The washing machine is in the utility room in a separate little house.
Sunbathing is possible on terrace areas on 3 sides of the house. The pool is secluded from the outside and sheltered from the wind. It can be heated on request for a fee.
