Property description
This beautiful finca guest house is located in Los Blanquitos, near the village of Granadilla de Abona in the sunny south of Tenerife, above the coastal town of El Médano.
The flat is a spacious, detached house in the typical style of the country on a finca; consisting of a main house, where the owners live, a side house (=guest house) and a large garden. The finca is quietly situated with a fantastic view of the sea.
The long sandy beach in El Médano and the beach La Tejita with the popular beach bar "La Pirata" are about 15km away from the finca. Supermarkets like the Mercadona can be reached in just a few minutes. Even the horse ranch near El Desierto can be visited. For night owls, the tourist towns of Las Americas and Los Cristianos (18km) have a lot to offer.
Equipment
The cottage consists of a living/bedroom with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The spacious living / bedroom is individually furnished with furniture made of good materials. In addition to sufficient storage and wardrobe, there is a bed (160x200cm), comfortable seating, as well as a beautiful large wooden table in the room. The kitchen was newly added and is accordingly newly equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, a sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a small oven, enough dishes and pots and pans.
The bathroom is a bright, friendly room that can be accessed from the outside (approx. 10 steps from the living/bedroom). There are two washbasins, a shower at ground level, a WC and there are also 2 bathrobes ready for you.
The cottage has 2 entrances (kitchen and living/bedroom). On the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea at El Medano, Tenerife's surf + kite hot spot, there is a wooden table and 2 chairs. If desired, 2 sun loungers can also be provided here. The car can easily be parked on the finca.

It was wonderful, almost an insider tip. Perfect for those who prefer to avoid the crowded tourist places. The finca is lovingly furnished, the kitchen is super equipped! Around the finca is a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees. There is enough space for 2 people, very comfortable. It is a quiet area, very well situated. It takes just 20 minutes to the airport.
And the very nice landlady makes you feel very well looked after. If we go to Tenerife again, we would definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you very much!The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

We liked the house very much, the pictures and the description corresponded exactly to the house. The bathroom is outside the flat, but that's not a bad thing because the landlady has cosy bathrobes ready and a pair of cosy slippers for everyone. The landlady is very warm, sweet and very hospitable. We liked the whole package very much.
We hope Gerda stays as she is. She was the most hospitable and kind landlady we have ever had. Our conversations were very interesting and through her information we learned many things that we would not have learned as package tourists.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

We had good email contact with Gerda in advance. When we arrived, everything was ready, even a bottle of champagne ;-)
The accommodation is well equipped and beautifully maintained, it has even more than the description says! As it is not directly on the beach, it is also much quieter and closer to Teide. We were also very touched by Gerda's kindness!
Thank you very much for everything, we will surely come again! :)The best is like everywhere from our point of view, don't visit the tourist place, but follow the Spanish and local :)
