The holiday flat with 1 bedroom lies on a finca in Canary style in Valle Guerra in the green north of Tenerife, ca. 330m above sea level. This finca is quietly situated but close to Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz and San Cristóbal de la Laguna with its beautiful old town. La Laguna has been made world cultural heritage by the Unesco.
The finca is run by solar energy (hot water, light etc.).
Moreover, the finca disposes of community pool with sun deck, separate BBQ and party room and fitness room with pieces of sports equipment (treadmill, dumb-bells...).

Beautiful, neat garden, calm location, tenderly furnished house with some basics already at hand on arrival day: a bottle of sparkling wine, fruit basket and cake! All devices worked.
