The luxurious finca estate is situated on the outskirts of the small town Chio in the south-west of Tenerife, very quiet located. Furnishings and offer leave no more desire. It has e.g. a pool, indoor pool with countercurrent installation, garden chess, pool table, wellness and spa, yoga, golf putting green, tennis court, big trampoline, etc. On the 11.000 sqm site, on two levels, there is a villa and 4 adjacent suites, to the south, lawn all around (upper level) and 4 detached holiday houses (lower level). But it is also perfect for parties, birthday parties, seminars or the like.

The holiday home 2 is a nice (direction south) flat with view of the pool and La Gomera. In the suite there is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen unit with: dishwasher, 4 hotplates ceran hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fruit press, living room, terrace, hot water heating, central heating, sat TV and radio. Each room harmonizes with each other. Also the bedroom with double bed, separate mattresses (2x90x200), creates a warm atmosphere. In the bathroom there are 2 bathrobes, towel warmer, hair dryer and make-up mirror. The flat is aligned for 2 people, with sofa bed in the living room up to 3 people. On the south-facing terrace, a pergola ensures the protection from the sun, and there are comfortable seats and sun loungers. Vision protection walls provide maximum privacy. In front of the flat, there is the pool. WLAN available.
