Property description
This holiday flat is in a private house with a total of 4 holiday flats on the first floor at the outskirts of the fishing town of Alcalá in the best climatic zone of Tenerife.
In a few minutes by foot you can reach shopping possibilities, a sandy bay and a nice, big plaza with benches in the shadow. Acalá is the typical small fishing town with the small port, impressive lava formations in the sea and in the surrounding area, narrow alleys and paths in the town, shops of all kinds and of course many fish restaurants and bars with fresh fish.
Alcalá is very popular with divers, as there is a diving school, too.
Equipment
In the flat there is a living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a side sea view.
In the living room there is a sofa (can also be used as a bed), internet via wlan, a TV with satellite TV (German channels) and a dining table.
In the bedroom is a double bed with comfort mattress. The spacious bathroom with built-in furniture has a shower cubicle, a sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

The apartment is in a very good location, super clean and includes everything needed for a vacation. The landlord is one of a kind and welcomed us with flowers from his garden and a big smile. We liked everything about Alcalá.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist super sauber und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter ist einzigartig und begrüßte uns mit Blumen aus seinem Garten und einem breiten Lächeln. Uns hat alles an Alcalá gefallen.We have been traveling in Tenerife for five weeks, staying in different places. If you come to Alcalá there is a must to visit Restaurante Saúco located close to the apartment. Their food is super.
