The finca with several accommodations is in the small town of Buen Paso between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. <br/< The family-run finca is quietly situated, 90m above sea level and surrounded by banana plants and viticulture.
On the 3 levels of the 5000m² property, there is the main building with 3 flats (top level), 2 garden flats and a bungalow (middle) and 2 bungalows alongside each other (lowest level).
Pool, jacuzzi and sun deck are at the disposal of all the guests.
Within ca. 20 min by foot, you are at the sea with steep coast. Here, you can go fishing or swimming.
Jacuzzi: €5.00/day in use for the heating (35°). The use without heated water is for free.

The 53m² flat consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen unit and bathroom.
The living room has sofa, TV and a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen contains stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds, is meant to be a children's room and is without windows.
The bathroom contains bathtub, washbasin, WC and hair-dryer. Bedlinen, towels, bath and tea towels are there, too.
On your private terrace with garden furniture, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the Teide (3,718m).
