This house was built in 1870, renovated later and still kept in the Canarian style, but with the technology and the comforts of today.

This property is located in the north of Tenerife in the beautiful green valley of La Orotava. This is on one hand not far from the center of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz and very quiet on the other hand, to share the daily hustle and bustle in relaxation and tranquility. There furthermore many hiking trails begin here, to enjoy the overwhelming nature with its colors and shapes. But the Orotava Valley is also a good starting point to explore the island completely.

The 23 square meter living room was once the wine cellar of the mansion and offers through the thick walls cool off on hot summer days. There, further is a TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a decorative fireplace with electric heating, card games and books in different languages.
Through a wooden frame leads to the open kitchen that is truly equipped with everything you might need on holiday. In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator, a stove with 4 plates, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and a dishwasher. Further useful utensils are: electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, glasses, dish towels, can opener, bottle opener, sugar, tea, coffee set and various spices.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a mirror. In the smaller bedroom are two single beds and a wardrobe with 2 mirrors.
