Holiday flat in County Residence with 2 pools & WiFi / climbing area El Rio

In the County Residence are 4 holiday flats, all are equipped with complete facilities and are individually decorated. This flat is located on the first floor, so you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and mountains at the same time.

In El Rio / Arico, are various leisure activities offered, such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking or climbing in the climbing areas of El Rio, where are tours of varying difficulty.
The house is also not far from the sea. The beach of Playa Abades is about 15 minutes by car (approx. 12 km).

The flat has 1 bedroom, living room kitchen and bathroom. The living room offers a sofa (convertible as a sofa bed for 2 pers.), Satellite TV (international channels), DVD player, stereo and Internet via Wi-Fi, ventilator, fireplace and safe.

The small kitchen is located outside and is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven , coffee machine (capsules) , toaster , dishes, etc...

The bedroom has a double bed and wash basin. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and basin.
The flat has 1 balcony and a large covered terrace, both furnished, which separates the kitchen from other rooms. It is equipped with 2 deck chairs and 1 umbrella. From the living room you reach the small balcony.

For general use there is a large garden with barbecue area and 2 swimming-pools. On the property there is also an organic garden.
