Property description
The holiday home is located on a finca estate in the sunny southwest of Tenerife. The offer on the finca is much more diverse than usual.
The finca is in a very quiet location on the edge of the small village of Chio. Among other things, guests have access to a pool and indoor swimming pool with integrated whirlpool, Kneipp basin and massage showers, garden chess, billiard table, tennis court (sanded artificial turf), golf putting green and a jogging track. The application area with sauna, water bed, massage beds and massage tub is available with a booked treatment.
The total property area is around 11,000m² and is spread over 2 levels. A cottage, 4 adjoining suites in southern exposure with green lawn and another house are on the upper level. On the lower level of the luxury finca there are 4 detached holiday homes.
A real highlight is the large Bedouin tent "El Cielo" for original finca celebrations, birthday parties or the like and the indoor swimming pool. And for your well-being: Meditation & yoga area. Wellness offers on request and for a fee.
Equipment
From the holiday flat, you have a fantastic view of the pool area, the lawn, the mountains and partly of the sea. It consists of 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen unit, bathroom and terrace. The living room has sat-TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has double bed. In the bathroom are shower, washbasin, WC, 2 bathrobes, make-up mirror, towel warmer and hair dryer.
On the south facing terrace, there are pergola, seating furniture, sun loungers and sea view. Privacy fences grant the necessary distance to the other guests.
