Property description
On the outskirts of the small town Chio in the sunny south-west of Tenerife, there is the flat with one bedroom on a luxurious finca. It is called a luxurious finca, because of the additionala activities this finca has to offer. It is quietly and rurally located.
It has e.g. an indoor pool with countercurrent installation and a shared pool, golf putting green, yoga, pool billiard, tennis court, wellness, trampoline, garden chess, etc.
On the estate of 11.000 sqm on two levels, there are a villa and 4 adjacent suites (south facing) with lawn (upper level) and 4 detached holiday homes (lower level).
The spacious Bedouin tent is another highlight of this luxury finca. It is also ideal for parties, birthday parties, seminars and the like.
Equipment
The appealing furnished flat is on the upper level of the finca, with view of the pool and over the west-coast to the Atlantic. The flat has a living room, kitchen unit with dish washer, 4 hotplates ceran stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fruit press, bedroom, bathroom, own terrace, warm water heating and Sat TV.
Due to the compatible furnishings, each room has a great atmosphere, such as the bedroom with double bed (2 separate mattresses).
The bathroom is furnished with two bathrobes, hair dryer, towel warmer and make-up mirror.
On the south-facing terrace, which belongs to the flat, there is a pergola providing shade, and comfortable seats and sun loungers. Vision protection walls guarantee your privacy.
The flat is designed for 2 people, thanks to a sofa bed in the living room, there is also space for one more.
The finca offers numerous opportunities to do sport (golf, trampoline, garden chess, tennis, yoga, pool) and of course to relax a wellness area.
