Property description
This holiday flat in El Medano is located close to the beach, right across the sea (around 30m away) and the balcony offers a partial view to the Atlantic.
Right around the corner you will find different restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and doctors, sport activities and public transport.
El Medano became from a former fishermen’s village to a popular town especially for surfer and kite surfer. Nevertheless you are still able to spend your vacation off the mass tourism and with natives. The climate is smoothly warm during the entire year.
At the edge of El Medano is the plaza where natives and holiday makers meet in the evenings. If you follow the boardwalk you will get to one of the Surf and Kite surf beaches. The boardwalk also leads to the Montana Roja. Behind this hill another surf and kite surfer beach starts. It is also a nice beach for sunbathing and it has a nudist area.
