The 2-bedroom holiday flat is located on the top floor of the residential complex with pool, in the El Botanico district of Puerto de la Cruz. Attention was paid to beautiful and generous green spaces on all sides of the building.

The holiday flat is without doubt the best flat in the entire complex. Located on the 4th (top) floor (with lift, of course!), last flat on the corridor and with only one neighbouring flat and with a fantastic view.

The beautiful Jardin Botanico (Botanical Garden) is only about 300 metres from the flat. And the footpath to the beach leads through a real avenue of palm trees. From this flat you can easily reach everything on foot.

There is parking space on the closed complex.

In the vicinity of the flat there is a large supermarket, lots of shops, restaurants and small bars, all within easy walking distance. Here you have plenty of opportunities to go shopping or for an evening stroll.

The location of the flat is very quiet and yet extremely convenient! You really don't need a car here. There is a bus stop only about 5 minutes away on foot. From there, buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions.

 

The spacious living/dining room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a dining area for 4 people and a large living room cupboard. Satellite TV is available.

The two large bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower partition, so that you can comfortably shower or lie down in the tub.

Both the living/dining room and the two bedrooms are decorated in very light tones to create a real feel-good ambience for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator and washing machine as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.

The terrace is protected from the side and you have sun from sunrise until late afternoon. It is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.

The recently built large swimming pool is located in the middle of a beautiful garden.

The holiday flat is offered as an oasis of peace. Loud parties are therefore expressly forbidden.

Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. Apart from the fact that you can easily reach everything on foot from the flat, it is also extremely conveniently located. In only three minutes by car you are on the through road through El Botanico/La Paz, and in another 5 minutes on the motorway with perfect fast connections in all directions.
