Property description
The finca with pool (8x3.5m) is at the outskirts of Buenavista del Norte, on the north-west coast of Tenerife, in the middle of a banana plantation. Here are 5 flats (1 or 2 bedrooms) and a house with 5 bedrooms. Every house with separate entrance and private terrace.
Near the pool with sun loungers is a cave that can be used for a BBQ. Many flowers, palms, avocado and fruit trees are in the nice garden. You have a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea.
The beach of Buenavista - Playa de Las Arenas - with many small pools made out of lava can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The golf course with cafeteria, panorama terrace and pro-shop (golf lessons are offered) is below Buenavista (ca. 1.8km).
Directly by the sea there is an other ettraction: Heated outdoor swimming pool with fitness room and sauna.
Equipment
Every flat on the banana finca has a separate entrance and a furnished terrace.
One of the flats has view of the pool, the others have sea view.
Every flat has living room with fitted kitchen, sat-TV and 1 or 2 bedrooms or the house with 5 bedrooms
For colder days is per each flat 1 electric radiator available. For a group tour or a larger family is this house ideal bacause of its 12 bedrooms for 20 people or with extra beds or sofacame for up to 26 people well suited.
