Property description
This nice bungalow lies in Las Lajas, a little place above Icod de los in the North of Tenerife. Just 3 km away you can find the sandy beach San Marcos with sun loungers and sunshades. On the other side the bay is edged by a cliff. Here you can enjoy fresh fish in one of the very good restaurants.
A 15-minutes drive takes you to the sea and to the sea water swimming pool in Icod de los Vinos.
Als for divers this region is a good destination, for one the best diving schools of Tenerife is nearby (in Los Silos).

The bungalow is a former country house and was restored in 2005. The typical Canarian style is shown to its fullest advantage by its white outside walls and small windows.
The bungalow contains 2 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable couch set, a fireplace, satellite-TV and dining area. Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen including a stove, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and dining table. The bathroom disposes of a wash basin, shower and toilet.
Outside the house a terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal and not to forget: the private pool, of course.
