Property description
The detached house is next to an old Canarian mansion on an estate with an area of 18,000 square metres on the still active wine and fruit is grown (eg oranges, lemons , pears, apples , plums and many more). This house was built in 1870, renovated later and still kept in the Canarian style, but with the technology and the comforts of today.
The size of the house is perfect for family vacations or group tours.
The detached house and 2 flats from the Mansion share a community swimming pool , 2 BBQ areas and a garden with garden furniture, from where you can enjoy the views of Mount Teide and the sea. But not only the view is breathtaking, the landscaped garden seduces your senses and immerse yourself in a world of smells with roses, jasmine, lavender, rosemary and eucalyptus.
This property is located in the north of Tenerife in the beautiful green valley of La Orotava. This is on one side not far from the center of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz and very quiet on the other hand, to share the daily hustle and bustle in relaxation and tranquility. There are furthermore many hiking trails beginning to enjoy the overwhelming nature with its colors and shapes. But the Orotava Valley is also a good starting point to explore the island completely.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed on holiday. Among other things, there are a cooker, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, dishwasher and small electrical appliances. Also in the kitchen is the washing-machine. You have WiFi in the garden and at the pool.
In one of the bedrooms is a double bed with the dimensions 1.35 x 1.90 m. In the second bedroom are 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m).
Bathroom Comes with a shower, a basin and a toilet. In the outside area you can enjoy a 200 m² garden with a furnished sun patio, barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. The pool will be shared with the 2 flats.
