This typical Canarian holiday home - a Casa Rural in El Guincho - is located between Icod de los Vinos and Garachico. The beautiful coastal town of Garachico and the great seawater pools are just about 2 km away.

In this holiday home you will spend your holiday in a typical Canarian Casa Rural with original character - cosy, rustic furnishings and a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Icod de los Vinos is located about 26 kilometres from Puerto de la Cruz and is known for its dragon tree, which is one of the largest and oldest specimens of its genus. The plant has a circumference of 6 metres and is a full 17 metres high. Another attraction is the "Cueva del Viento", which lies above Icod. The large volcanic cave extends over several levels. So far, almost 17 kilometres of the wind cave have been explored.

The small coastal town of Garachico is considered an absolute insider tip in the north of Tenerife. The town is built on dried lava mass, which completely destroyed the old Garachico and its harbour at the beginning of the 17th century. Now the white houses with their red roofs at the foot of the steep Teide massif are a magnificent sight. The old town has several churches, a church square and museums, as well as typical Canarian restaurants. In front of the coast lies the picturesque Roque de Garachico, like a rock in the surf. Small natural pools created by the lava are great for a swim.

The house, which was restored in 2006, has an open living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a sofa and a dining table. Entertainment is provided by internet access and a TV. In the bedroom you will find 2 single beds and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. You have a beautiful view of the patio from here. There is a bathroom with a shower and a great antique sink.

The view is particularly beautiful when you look out of the window in the living area, because here you can let your gaze wander over the banana plantations all the way to the sea.

A small garden with barbecue facilities and a roof terrace with a fantastic view are also part of the holiday home.

There are 2 holiday homes on the property (link to the 2nd house...). The two living units are accessed via a stone staircase from the street. Inside is a covered and beautifully landscaped patio (Canarian courtyard) from which you can enter the two living units.
