Calm chalet with sea view in picturesque surroundings of the Orotava valley

The highlight of this private chalet is its large furnished terrace with unspoilt view of the Orotava valley and the sea. Behind the house you can enjoy an amazing view of the mountains. The national park of the Teide invites to various hikes and relaxation in the nature.
Not only the house, but also the plot (with lawn area, flowers, orange and walnut trees) are spacious. The plot is not visible from the outside, so that you can spend your holidays in peace and privacy. A covered barbecue area and a parking area are also part of the house.

Note: The house now has a very nice painting in warm brick red. This is why you can see the photos with white walls and some with red ones...

The house offers an about 120 m² large living area, which is furnished in a cute way. An ideal place for relaxing holidays.
There is central heating in the living-room, kitchen and bedrooms.

The house offers two bedrooms with 2 single beds (á 0.90 x 2.00m) each. You can put the beds together or leave them seperate - just as you want. The bathroom is furnished with a shower. Furthermore there is a lovely designed outdoor bathroom, which is covered and accessible from the outside.
The kitchen, which also contains one of the dining areas, is equipped with dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and further kitchen utensils. In other words, it is fully equipped. Last but not least there is the livingroom with three comfortable rattan sofas, television with satellite TV, books, internet.

Important note of the renter:
The plot is not suitable for children under the age of 12, due to security considerations. Therefore bookings with children under the age of 12 can not be accepted. We ask for your understanding and in case of doubt contact us!

"El Bódegon Matias" is a good and local restaurant in La Florida, which is about 2 km away from the finca. Moreover you are well connected in Orotava, which applies for shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.
