This child-safe holiday home on a 12-hectare finca is located at the foot of the Anaga hiking area, in the green north of Tenerife. Here you have a meadow with approx. 1,000 m², 2 terraces, sun loungers, patio furniture, barbecue and a bright, as well as friendly and modern interior with a lot of comfort.

There is another holiday home on the large finca, making it suitable for groups or large families who want to spend a quiet holiday in nature.

Tegueste is a neighbouring community to the also very popular northern wine-growing community of Tacoronte. The landscape around Tegueste is characterised by vegetable gardens and plantations, vineyards and typical Canarian fincas. In addition, the entire area stretches as a long sloping valley towards the Atlantic Ocean, which brings truly breathtaking panoramic views. Moreover, it is extremely quiet, not to say peaceful here! Ideal for relaxing and enjoying wonderful walks in nature, for example.

Hiking enthusiasts will be thrilled by the Parque Rural de Anaga with its beautiful hiking routes in the middle of the laurel forest, partly with wonderful panoramic views of the coast and picturesque villages. The entire region is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

The beautiful house is around 200 years old and was once a simple barn. The building was extensively renovated in 2017 and converted into a beautiful, modern home.

In addition to the cosy living area with wood-burning stove and open kitchen you will find three bedrooms and a chic bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other two rooms are each furnished with two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m). One of the twin rooms can be used as a playroom.

The family-friendly landlord, who has three children himself, has thought of the needs of parents with smaller children when designing the house and has not only child-proofed the house, but also made sure that there are enough toys for small holiday guests here. In addition, things like a high chair, cot, baby bath and even a pram are available for you in the house if you wish.

In the living area, which is the centre of the house, there is a spacious and comfortable sofa corner, there is a Smart-TV with which you can receive more than 100 international programmes (SAT-TV) incl. Netflix. From here you reach the open kitchen and the bedrooms, which are located on a living level six steps higher.

It is a pleasure to cook with the family in the kitchen, as it is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances. Among other things, you will find a cooker with induction hob and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination.

Although the living area of the holiday home is already a special feature, the highlight of the property is undoubtedly the fantastic outdoor area with a large, private garden (approx. 1000 m² meadow) and two furnished terraces, where you will find seating/dining areas as well as sun loungers that invite you to relax. You have the possibility to barbecue.
