Costa del Silencio the sea in the south Tenerife

On the sunny south side of Tenerife

At the southern tip of Tenerife, there is the holiday town of Costa del Silencio in the sunny south at the seaside. The towns of Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas are ideal for holiday-makers who want to go on cheap holiday and don't like the hustle and bustle in the tourist centres of Las Américas and Los Cristianos.
It's true that there are also apartment complexes in Costa del Silencio, but it's much more quiet here.

In the centre, you find small supermarkets and shops, local bars and many restaurants.
On a path along the sea you can get to the neighbouring town of Las Galletas. There is, besides a harbour, an unspoiled beach.
In the town of Costa del Silencio itself, you can go into the water through ladders.
Those who like to go hiking can go on to Pal Mar from there.

When you want to go where the action is, you can go by hire car to the tourist centres of Las Américas/Los Cristianos within a few minutes. Certainly you can also go there by bus, as the towns of Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas offer good bus service in all directions.
