Beautiful cottage with Atlantic view & barbecue on a finca

In the midst of green nature, surrounded by vineyards and Canary Island pines, you will find this 4-person holiday home on a finca, about 4.5 kilometres from Icod de los Vinos. There is a large sun terrace and a barbecue area.

There are a total of two holiday homes on the 3,500 m² finca. Nevertheless, everyone has their privacy, as the two houses only share the parking space.

A trip to Icod de los Vinos is worthwhile. You will find an impressive dragon tree there. A few years ago, a botanical garden with native plants and walking paths was created at the "Drago de Milenario". Among other things, you can also visit a volcanic cave from the time of the Guanches, which is thought to have served as a burial place.

In Icod de los Vinos you will find numerous shops where you can do your shopping. There are many cafés, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is Playa de San Marcos, which is about 4 kilometres from Icod - and about 7 kilometres from the holiday home.

There is a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, an open, bright kitchen with large windows - and fantastic views of the coast and Atlantic Ocean - and a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The kitchen is well equipped - for example, with a cooker with oven and gas hob, a microwave and a fridge.

There is seating for 2 people. On cooler winter evenings, two electric heaters provide warmth and cosiness.

The outdoor area of the holiday home is particularly beautiful, as there is a large and sunny terrace with deck chairs, table and chairs as well as barbecue area.
