Property description

Holidays with the family, a couple or with friends! For this, you can use this penthouse holiday flat (flat on the top floor) with 2 bedrooms and fantastically large terrace with Atlantic views.

The flat is located in an individual plant in Icod del los Vinos to about 350m above the sea at the upper edge. Overall, the house offers 42 flats which are all decorated differently. There is Canarian restaurant with delicious specialties, where you can book breakfast and / or half board.

Icod de los Vinos is a popular holiday town on the green north of the island which is often preferable to individual holidaymakers. Icod is known due to the fine wines and the famous "thousand year old dragon tree El Drago". The natural park "Parque del Drago" with walking paths and many plants of the island and a Guanche cave is a popular tourist destination.

It is a penthouse flat with about 90m² of living space and an additional 70m² roof terrace.
The living room is spacious, of course, there are also digital satellite TV with international programs. The two bedrooms in typical spanish style offer plenty of space to enjoy the holidays with the kids or with friends.
On the large roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic, the valley and the varied landscape of the island.
