The villa is located in the lush, green north of Tenerife in a residential area of Costa Sauzal, about 1.5 km from the coastal town of El Sauzal, in first line to the sea. Thanks to the elevated position of the house, about 200m above the sea, the numerous terraces, lounges, dining and barbecue areas have incredibly fantastic views of the coast and the sea.

The property of the quietly situated villa borders on the gorge of the nature park "Costa de Acentejo" with numerous hiking trails and thus impresses nature lovers, hikers but also those seeking peace and quiet. The viewpoint "Hacienda" is also nearby.

  A living room with fantastic views outside. A luxurious bedroom with king-size bed (1.80m) and en-suite bathroom with bath.
