Property description
The designer villa with private pool got build recently and is surrounded by vineyards and located in the rural areas of la Esperanza/ El Rosario. The perfect place to relax from your daily stress and to enjoy your holidays. After an exciting and eventful day (e.g. a hike through the nearby Esperanza forest or the Teide national park) you can enjoy the heated indoor-pool for recreation.
La Esperanza is in the north east of Tenerife and just a few minutes away from Santa Cruz and La Laguna. The rural area has a beautiful landscape which is typical for the north east and offers a lot to see. The friendly inhabitants of the town will make you feel welcome. The neighbourhood is full of fruit and vegetable gardens which have e.g. potatoes, grapes, and pears. The Esperanza forest is a great place to hike.
Equipment
The detached villa has three levels, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an living area with an open kitchen, a study room and 2 terraces. The upper level has around 60m², the ground level around 120m² and the basement around 120m² with a garage and a storage room.
On the ground level are the living area with the private pool and the open kitchen, one bedroom with bath en suite and the terraces.
On the upper level is the second bedroom also with bath en suite and the study room with sea view.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and the 2 bathrooms en suite have a shower. The third bathroom has a bathtub.
In the living area you will find the heated private pool (9m³) and the chimney. A place to relax and to spend romantic evenings. From here you also have access to the terrace.
When you arrive at the villa, you will get welcomed by the owners parents and get all information you need. During your stay, you are able to contact them via phone if you have any questions etc.
The sea and the beach is around 15min away by car and some hiking trails start just a few steps away from the villa.

This is a non-smoking villa. If you do smoke, please use the large terraces outside.

The house was fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. It was very pleasant that there was a good basic supply of food for the first few days. Very nice service.
Everything you need is just a few minutes away.
Hiking, golf, swimming - nothing on the island that you can't reach within 20-60 minutes.
The weather in the north is cooler, which has advantages and disadvantages.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

The house is simply fantastic, wonderfully and very tastefully furnished, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The host was always available, extremely friendly and the tips would all be very helpful. We would very much like to come again.
From our point of view, absolutely nothing can be improved - the house and the furnishings, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts excellent.We did various hikes, e.g. Barranco Madre del Agua or from Garachio to San Juan del Reparo. A stroll through La Orotava and a drive with a hike in the Anaga (Montana Tafada).

The villa was as described and absolutely top! We had a great holiday there and would want to go there again anytime :). The landlords were very nice and we had the possibility to contact them at any time. We were warmly welcomed at the agreed meeting point and then there was a house briefing in German! If we needed something or wanted a tip (restaurant, activities), the landlords supported us at any time. Great house, great landlords! Muchas gracias!
