Detached and reasonable finca house in the climbing paradise Arico

Finca-Holiday House in Tenerife-South for 2 people in Villa de Arico. The town Villa de Arico is centrally located between the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the tourist centres Las Américas and Los Cristianos. Nevertheless, Arico is one of the last unspoilt and typical Canary towns of the Island.

In the town there are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, 2 banks and a good and reasonable butcher’s shop. The nearest small supermarket is only 500m away from the holiday house.
The historical old town of Arico Nuevo is definitely worth a visit. Here are alleys and a comfortable inn (Tasca). Furthermore, there are romantic walking paths in the typical pine woods nearby. The best-known climbing gorge of the Canary Islands is in Arico.

Within about 10 minutes you can reach (by car) a beautiful natural beach with diving school, restaurants and shopping facilities. The well-known surfing town El Médano is about 20 minutes away. Here is the longest natural sandy beach of Tenerife and one of the few nudist beaches.

The light flooded finca holiday house „Casita Diego“ with enough space for 2 people offers reasonable holidays away from mass tourism.

In the house there is a stylish bathroom with massage shower, a small but fully equipped kitchen with oven with microwave-grill-function and a living room with comfortable seating corner. There are also TV, radio, DVD and CD Player and WLAN.

The bedroom is in the disconnected niche. The large panoramic windows on three sides of the house offer a wonderful view of the surroundings. On the terrace in the own garden with palm trees, orange- lemon- and avocado trees, you can spend romantic evenings over a glass of wine and enjoy the silence. Pets are welcome, however consultation is necessary.
