Property description
This beautiful duplex flat with 2 terraces and fantastic sea views is located close to the beach in Las Caletillas, about 300 m from the sea and the promenade. There is also a pool in the complex.
Las Caletillas is a small coastal village belonging to the municipality of Candelaria. There are supermarkets, restaurants and beaches within walking distance.
The accessibility by car and bus is great to explore the whole island. In the nearby town of Candelaria, you will also find all kinds of shops and restaurants, a beach promenade and a nice cultural scene that has been growing lately, with concert evenings, theatre performances, jazz music and much more.
Equipment
The holiday flat is on two floors, has a living area of 80m² and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
There is a sofa corner with TV and a stereo system in the living area. From here you can access the spacious and furnished east-facing terrace. The kitchenette is openly integrated into the living area, a bar separates the dining area from the kitchen. The equipment includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle.
The two double bedrooms are on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a glass door to the balcony (including beautiful sunrises), and the bathroom with shower is also on the upper floor. A guest toilet is located on the lower floor.
The open east and the cosy west terrace offer sunshine all day long. In addition, you have a wonderful view of the sea from almost all rooms and, on a clear day, all the way to Candelaria.
The large pool in the complex is available for guests almost all year round.

Short walk to the beach and promenade and also to the supermarket.
Super kitchen equipment like at home, nothing was missing. There was also toilet paper and kitchen roll as well as washing-up liquid, which we replaced at the end of the holiday for the next guests. The service went smoothly. Everything was super and very clean, we will gladly come back. Only a guide to find the TV channels would have been helpful.
