Property description
The exclusive villa is located on the cliff coast La Matanza, which is about 250 m above the sea in the north of Tenerife. The property is the ideal accommodation for sofisticated holidaymakers, that look for rest and relaxation apart from the mass tourism. This is an ideal starting point for many excursions in the area, for example, the Nature Reserve Costa Acentejo, with exciting hiking trails, extends directly below the property.
The villa offers you a cozy and exclusive atmosphere at once. You find the air-conditioned pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and several terraces with many secluded places at the large palm garden with lots of green plants. An outdoor sauna with sea view and a jaccuzi are exclusively available to guests. From there you have a fantastic panoramic view of the entire coast, commanded by the volcano Teide, on the town of Puerto de la Cruz to the infinitely vast Atlantic Ocean. A breathtaking sunset is offered in the evenings, due to his southwest exposure.
Equipment
The villa with stylish décor can accommodate families of up to 6 people. The spacious living area has a large dining table, a fireplace for cold days and panoramic windows with views of the entire north coast. Adjacent is the Antique wooden kitchen, which is equipped among other things with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and much more. There are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two master bedrooms with quality beds (180x200cm) and a room with bunk beds. The latter is accessible via one of the main bedroom. One bathroom is a suite with a large shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower-bath, sink and toilet.
