Property description
This 1,000 m² property with its 250 m² holiday house offers luxury on holiday. From the private pool with the high-quality furnished pool area to the holiday home with granny annexe, furnished with partly antique furniture, real carpets and a high-quality modern kitchen.
The 10-person holiday home is only a 5-minute walk from the sea in Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife and belongs to Costa Adeje. The place is touristically developed, but nevertheless rather quietly situated. The house is about a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, which was newly built in May 2012, with a beach restaurant where you can also eat well. The beaches of Playa Las Américas and Los Cristianos in one direction and Playa San Juan, Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes in the other direction can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The nearest golf course is 5 minutes away by car. If you like to play tennis, Callao Salvaje is the place to be, as there is the Callao Sport Centre with several tennis courts.
Equipment
In addition to the pool terrace, the holiday house also has a well-kept garden and a barbecue area, as well as a terrace in front of each bedroom. From almost all rooms you have a wonderful sea view.
Room layout:
The holiday home consists of 2 living floors - which are connected by an outside staircase. A staircase leads to the lower pool level, garden area, pergola, etc. and access to the lower part of the villa with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, small kitchen and terrace.
- The main part of the villa (for 6 persons) is upstairs with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-dining room and terraces.
In the living room there are antique marble tables, Mexican cupboards and tables. Genuine Iranian carpets and a 6m long Alcantara corner sofa, flat screen TV with international SAT TV, DVD player. The dining area for 6 people is in Asian style. The kitchen is high quality and modern. It is equipped with an 8-plate hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, small appliances such as toaster, kettle, coffee machine and many other kitchen utensils.
The master bedroom has a waterbed (2 x 2 m) with separate mattresses, large safe, TV, stereo and an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and drying bonnet. This bedroom also has a private terrace with sea view. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with high quality Tempur mattresses. This bedroom also has a private terrace with sea view. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with 2 separate mattresses, which can also be converted into 2 single beds and also a private terrace. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, Jacuzzi, hairdryer and drying bonnet.
In the lower part of the villa (for 4 persons) there is a living room, a kitchen, generously and extensively equipped, two bedrooms with double beds - here the beds can also be separated in one of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom with massage shower. This part can be locked separately.
There is a relatively large washroom with a shower by the pool that can also be accessed with a wheelchair. However, there is no toilet there, thsese are only in the normal bathrooms.

The spacious house is located in a side street and you have a beautiful sea view from all terraces. It is only a 15-minute walk to the beach and the various restaurants.
The house is lovingly furnished. The house's own pool is also well-maintained and lavishly equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. On two terraces, dining table and chairs for 8 to 12 people can be used.

The house is located in a villa neighbourhood, so it is a bit out of the way, but still within a pleasant distance to the shops and beach.

The house was on a slope and about 15 minutes walk from the sea. However, a car is highly recommended, as it is impossible to do any major shopping on foot due to the slope and the heat on Tenerife.
The house itself is TOP!!! Luxury furnishings, pool area as well. Absolutely great! If we had any questions, the landlady was immediately available. We felt absolutely comfortable.

Perfect central location for all excursions on the island. Whether to Teide, the capital Santa Cruz, los Gigantes and much more.
