Property description
The house, of which this holiday flat is part of, is located in a rural area in a dead end road without car traffic. You can reach Candelaria within about 5 minutes.
There you find a beach, a bathing bay and a new public pool as well as shopping facilities and a post office. In Candelaria there is the most important cathedral of the Island with the black Madonna, which you can visit during a walk at the beach promenade. A 'house mountain' can be beated within about 2 hours. It is only 10 minutes to Güimar with its pyramides. In Puertito de Güimar you can go surfing or swimming and then have dinner in a fish restaurant directly at the sea. The most beautiful ascents to the Cañadas volcano area, Teide are only 5 minutes away.
This holiday flat has a perfect location, because you can reach all excursion destinations fast. The north, as well as the south west, ist only 45 minutes away by car. The island capital Santa Cruz and the cultural city of La Laguna are reachable within a 20 minutes drive.
Equipment
The comfortable and completely equipped holiday flat is part of a villa. The villa owns a 1,500 m² large flowery Garden without neighbors. The flat offers a spacious livingroom with open kitchen and a large dining table. A fridge with freezer, stove, oven, blender, microwave and much more kitchen utensils are available. Furthermore there is a bedroom and a bathroom with douche. A bed can be added for a child up to 12 years.
In the outdoor area there is an about 30 m² large dining area on a romantic terrace directly near the entrance. Another dining area is to be found in the garden under a neem tree with view of the valley, the sea and the village of Candelaria.
Amenities like satellite TV, stereo system with CD, barbecue and a pool are available. Moreover and a parking lot. At the pool you can enjoy a panoramic view while relaxing on the sunbeds. The pool area is mainly at your own disposal.
Here, at an altitude of 200 m, in the south east of the island, the climate is ideal. Because of the rural location, you can often admire an amazing starry sky.
The owner also lives on the plot. If you have any questions or other concerns, feel free to ask her. Despite this the garden and the pool are almost at your own disposal.
Note to reservations with children:
Children have to be able to swim, because the pool is 160 m deep and the garden is not child-friendly. This is why it is asked to refrain from bookings with children under the age of 10 or to contact us in advance.

We stayed for 2 weeks in the totally beautiful accommodation. There was really everything you need. Also the outdoor area with pool and wonderful view was super nice. The very friendly german speaking landlady gave us many very helpful tips. I would also like to mention luna, a very dear dog !

We stayed in the finca for a fortnight in October 2019 and really liked it there:
the location and the view are dreamlike. Quiet, but with good connections, ideal for hikers as well as "explorers" (the south and north are very easy to reach).
The holiday flat is very lovingly and comfortably furnished; we immediately felt at home.
We have rarely experienced such good equipment: there was really nothing we missed in the kitchen. Everything was in perfect condition and worked (even the knives were sharp ;-)). In the bathroom there is even a hairdryer with diffuser (curly heads understand my enthusiasm), enough towels and plenty of space.Gabriela is the best landlady you can imagine: she really cares about the well-being of her guests, and you can tell. She had many helpful tips and gave us good advice many a time. We can very well imagine another visit there.

Super nice location of the property with all sorts of things like pool, garden with lots of cacti.
Friendly welcome with good directions in advance. The two excursions to the foot of the Teide were awesome. Different world like on Mars. Tip: Start early in the morning, parking is limited because there are many people, some of them very impatient, who want to enjoy the unique landscape.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

The finca is a beautiful place to unwind in Tenerife. We arrived late in the evening and the landlady had already filled our fridge for breakfast the next morning. That was great because we could arrive in peace and didn't have to go shopping right away. We spent two weeks over Christmas at the finca and we wanted for nothing.
The flat and the property were as described on the website. Everything was clean and well maintained. The quiet location, the view of the sea and the morning sun while swimming in the pool were just great. The holiday home is highly recommended and the location is great for excursions around the island. Gabriela provided us not only with her delicious mangoes but also with valuable insider tips for excursions, restaurants and markets, which was great! The weather was also great.
