The private finca is located about 130 meters above the fishing village of Alcalá, in the southwest of Tenerife, on a unique hillside. The fincaoasis is nestled in the natural landscape and banana plantations, away from mass tourism.
There Finca has in total 10,500 m² and consists of 6 residential units, which are all well equipped. In addition, the finca offers a pool (no chlorine), a 60 m² area which is partially filled up with Sahara sand, a bar with a beer pump, water with/without gas and Saeco espresso machine, a winebodega, a barbecue, 2 other resting places with bench seat and hammock etc.
Also, there is an ecological garden with fruits, vegetables, herbs, wine, over 100 different palm trees, a cactus garden and much more. The water comes from its own well.
This finca is a green oasis where you can escape the stress of everyday life .


The place Alcalá, a popular resort situated in the sunniest clima area of tenerife. You can still find - the southern flair - with a plaza, benches in the shade of big old trees, bizarre lava formations in the Atlantic, the small harbor, narrow streets, the fishermen who sit full of peace on the Wall at sea. Little Tourism, a beautiful waterfront, cafes and fish restaurants.
Alcalá is also known for its seafood restaurants : for example restaurant Chamayda or Casa Mon.

The studio offers 44 m² living space, a living room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The studio is modern and furnished as follows: The living room has two comfortable sofas and satellite TV, the kitchen has 2 - ring ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and much more. The sleeping area has a large double bed ( 2x2m) with quality linen closet and is separated by a parvan from living area.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, bath towels, hand towels, bathrobes.
From the covered terrace with an inviting seating you can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea.
Beach towels you have to bring on your own or you can rent them for a fee.( 1 € / day)

Organic eggs , fruits and vegetables (bananas, papaya, mango , avocado , etc.) are free for our guests.

The studio is suitable for 2 persons. Right next door is another apartment that is also designed for 2 people. It is possible to rent the other holiday in addition. Ideal for 4 people

The additional apartment has the following design parameters:
Floor area 30 sqm with one bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bath and hand towels and bathrobes, a small separate kitchen with 2- ring ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, etc. WiFi is available.

- 1 cot + highchair only on prior availability request. Price 40 € once for the entire stay

- Pet (small dog allowed) | 60.- Euro flat rate
- Minimum at Christmas time 14 days
- If you arrive after 20:00 clock a one-time fee of 30 Euro will be charged.
