This individual Finca includes 2 holiday houses, privatepools and a whirlpool on an area of 1.700 m². It can be found at the edge of the Esperanza forest in El Rosario, just a few minutes by car away from the beach as well as from Santa Cruz and La Laguna. The surrounding area gives you the opportunity to dicover the real Tenerife on hikes, beach days and trips.
As every Finca in Tenerife does, this one owns a very special charm which is typical for buildings on middle elevation: hospitality, a nice and athentic ambience making every guest feel as comfortable as at home from the first day on.
Surrounded by a wonderful rural landscape full of gardens with vegetables, grapevines and fruit trees showing all their beauty in blossom and delighting us with plums, figs, fears and grapes, we are happy to welcome you. Enjoy the silence, nature, birds singing in the backround and forget about the everyday-life. Recover yourself from any stress on your private terrace, in the garden or at the pool.

Equipment

1 of these holiday house are made for 4 people and the 2. holiday house one is for 2 people.
Every house is lovey furnished. You will enjoy a very very nice ambience created by the traditional architecture combined with a modern furnishing.
Every house includes heating, a comfortable living room with TV via satellite, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom including a shower or bath tub as well as a terrace with garden furniture.
Outside the house there are privatepool, barbecue, a whirlpool, washing machine, tumble dryer and a garden with seats. In the garden you will moreover find fruit trees from which you can get fresh fruits every day during harvest.
Some more extras would be: bathrobes and hair dryers in every house, car parks, towels, bath towels, bedlinen as well as a cot.

Note for pool heating:
The pool is, according to the owner about 24 degrees and partly warmer heated. This information geltten than average and may vary slightly up or down.
