Finca - Guest House with sea view & private pool in La Victoria

The guest house belongs to a 250 year old manor house which has been carefully renovated. It is located in the north of tenerife in the village of La Victoria about 330 m above sea level and 10 km to Puerto de la Cruz. A private pool is available, an outdoor kitchen and 2 terraces also. The house itself has modern technology and equipment. The atmosphere is fantastic with a great view of the sea - on a clear day you can see the island of La Palma. It offers also a great view to the biggest mountain of spain - the vulcan Teide.

Our guests will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, oven, 4 burner stove, lots of choice of dishes and accessories, fridge-freezer.
On the upper floor is the living-bedroom with a romantic double bed, large screen TV and the bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor is glazed all around. Outside you have a brick barbecue in the courtyard, the pool terrace, patio furniture in several parts of property, sofa corners to rest, comfortable sun loungers and parasols.

La Victoria has several supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. The nearby Puerto de la Cruz offers all tourist attractions such as sea water swimming pool, Loro Parque, Casino, beaches, sports facilities, beaches, promenades, historic old town.
