Property description
In the midst of green nature, surrounded by vineyards and Canary Island pines, you will find this 4-person holiday home on a finca, about 4.5 kilometres from Icod de los Vinos. There is a large sun terrace and a barbecue area.
There are a total of two holiday homes on the 3,500 m² finca. Nevertheless, everyone has their privacy, as the two houses only share the parking space.
A trip to Icod de los Vinos is worthwhile. You will find an impressive dragon tree there. A few years ago, a botanical garden with native plants and walking paths was created at the "Drago de Milenario". Among other things, you can also visit a volcanic cave from the time of the Guanches, which is thought to have served as a burial place.
In Icod de los Vinos you will find numerous shops where you can do your shopping. There are many cafés, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is Playa de San Marcos, which is about 4 kilometres from Icod - and about 7 kilometres from the holiday home.
Equipment
The 70 m² holiday home with two bedrooms is suitable for up to 4 people. The house is furnished in a Canarian rustic and cosy style, you will find everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday on Tenerife.
The living room has a sofa and relaxing furniture by the fireplace, as well as a dining table directly at the window with a view of the sea. The fireplace provides a cosy ambience on cooler days (firewood is available and included in the rent).
The rustic kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. There is a cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and many other kitchen utensils.
The bedrooms also have typical Canarian charm, one of them with a double bed, the second with two single beds and both bedrooms with storage space for your own wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The holiday home is ideal for nature lovers, peace seekers and hikers, because here you are away from any tourist hustle and bustle and surrounded only by Canarian pines and wine. Since the finca is located on a hill, it offers a wonderful view of the coast and the Atlantic Ocean.
There is another small house on the finca with the property no.: 2738. Each house has its own privacy!

The finca met our expectations. Everything was clean and tidy. The finca is far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, it is quiet and you are surrounded by wonderful nature. We would have liked to stay longer. The way from Icod up to the finca is unusually difficult on the first day, but we quickly got used to it on the following days. Unfortunately, there are no good restaurants within walking distance, so we cooked a lot ourselves. There is a small shop nearby. The couple who run the shop are super nice and very helpful.
Many opportunities to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The finca is secluded, situated in an area a little higher up, surrounded by many trees. An ideal place to get away from it all and relax. However, the next larger town of Icod can be reached by car in a very short time. Ideal location for all excursions. The sun shines a lot in the region. The view of Teide and the sea is great.
The finca is set in a private garden surrounded by vines. The design is traditional and very inviting. The furnishings are very good and of very high quality, we especially liked the fireplace. Little gimmicks like bathrobes, spices, candles and much more made the stay perfect. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine - we were thrilled! We even think the house has three terraces, two on the lower level (connected to each other) and the gorgeous terrace from the roof, which invites you to sunbathe and exercise.

We had wanted a very quiet location and this fully met our expectations: in the middle of the forest and surrounded by vines. Getting there was also no problem, as the signposting was very good for our needs. However, we would strongly advise against arriving after dark.
The spatial layout and the equipment of the property (kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom) also met our expectations (air conditioning with heating function). We really liked the roof terrace, which not only offers a wonderful opportunity to relax during the day, but also a very good opportunity to watch the stars at night, provided that the weather cooperates.
