Property description
This lovely holiday flat is in the "Laguna Park II" complex in Las Americas (San Eugenio Alto). The complex has a beautiful pool area with sun loungers. The flat has its own furnished terrace with sea and mountain views.
The beach Playa de Torviscas is about 25 minutes away on foot. Playa de las Américas with its beautiful beaches, the promenade, countless shops, cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and much more...thanks to its sunny climate, Playa de las Américas is Tenerife's most popular and well-known holiday metropolis. It is said that the sun shines here 360 days a year. The various golf courses are between 5 and 10 minutes away by car.
