Holiday Flat with heated pool and terrace with sea view in Golf del Sur

This stylish holiday flat in the second floor is located in the complex in an exclusive location of the holiday resort Golf del Sur, San Miguel, only a few metres away from the beautiful promenade, the marina and the golf course.

In the bright living room there is a sofa bed with armchair, a coffee table and a modern flat screen TV with SAT-TV. The use of the internet via wifi is also free of charge. The living area is adjoined by a dining table with space for up to 4 people and the American kitchen. Fully equipped with oven, 4-plate cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and many other kitchen utensils, you can prepare your favourite dishes just like at home. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200m), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 2 night tables. There is also a fan for warmer nights.

In the bathroom you will find a washbasin with a large mirror, a toilet, a bidet and a bathtub with a transparent stable shower wall. Relax under the large rain shower and forget about everyday life!

From the living room you can access your private sun terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs. Or you can soak up the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers.

For relaxing days in the complex, you can also unwind at the enclosed pool with sun loungers and parasols!

You can park your car in a private parking space in the complex's underground car park for a fee of €3.50 per day.

A leisurely stroll along the promenade, where numerous restaurants and bars are located, leads to the small neighbourhood of San Blas. Here you will find a varied entertainment programme with live music, especially in the evenings Supermarkets and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Ten minutes away by car is EL Medano, Los Cristianos and in 15 minutes by car you can reach Adeje. There is a direct bus connection to Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Adeje. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Doctors and pharmacies can be found in the village and the nearest hospitals are in Los Cristianos or Las Americas.
