Property description
Between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos, there is the small town of Buen Paso. Here is the family-run finca with 5000m² with shared pool, jacuzzi, sun deck with sun loungers and BBQ. The property consists of 3 levels. The main building with 3 flats is on the top level. 2 garden flats and a bungalow are on the level in the middle. On the lowest level, there are 2 bungalows alongside each other. The finca is quietly situated and thus the perfect place to relax.
After a 20 min walk, you are at the sea with steep coast. Here, you can go fishing or swimming.
Jacuzzi: €3.50/day in use for the heating (35°). The use without heated water is for free.

The garden flat 1 with 41m² of livng space consists of 1 bedroom, a comfortable living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The living room contains convertible couch, TV with sat-TV and stereo.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, toaster, coffe machine, microwave, mixer, etc.
In the bedroom, there are a double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe. Bedlinen, towels, bath and tea towels are there in sufficient quantities.
On the roofed terrace with BBQ, you can enjoy the view of the wonderful garden.
