Garden holiday flat on beautiful finca in quiet location in the north

The holiday flat is on the first floor of a house on a quietly situated finca in Buenavista del Norte. The nice coastal town of Buenavista del Norte lies in the extreme north-west. You are surrounded by restored, Canary houses and banana plantations, but not by lots of tourists.
At the outskirts of Buenavista del Norte, beside the golf course and almost by the sea lies the finca with pool, orchards and vegetable gardens.
5 flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms are on the property of the finca of ca. 12,000m². In the garden for all the guests with plants, palms, fruit and avocado trees, there are BBQ, pool (9x3.5m) and sun loungers.
Only ca. 1,5km away from the finca, there is the golf course Buenavista Golf. The beach of Buenavista – „Playa de las Arenas“ - consists of many small pools made of lava. Furthermore, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool with fitness room, sauna and cafeteria directly by the sea.
From the finca, you can get to the sea over a path.

The flat with 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen unit and dining are, bathroom has around 50m² of living space and is on the first floor.
In the living room, there are convertible couch and sat-TV.
The kitchen unit has hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The bedroom contains 2 single beds which also can be put together.
The bathroom has bathtub with integrated shower, washbasin and WC. Towels, bath and tea towels, as well as bedlinen are on the finca.
A private terrace with view of the garden and the sea is also part of the flat.
The pool with its terrace is at the disposal of all the guests.
A radiator for heating can be provided on request. Washing machine & tumble dryer can be used for a small charge, iron is available. Pets are allowed.
