On the finca are a total of 4 Tenerife holiday flats, of which are individually furnished. All 4 flats are furnished with attention to detail and quality. Barely a renter puts so much importance to the well-being of the guest as this landlady. In every flat you find high-quality furniture - modern deco and traditional style are harmoniously combined. The same applies for the garden, the terraces and the pool area as well as for the kitchens, bedrooms, etc ....

The flat described here has just been completely renovated (March 2017), inclusive the furnishing. From the veranda with two comfortable sofas you have a view of the sea.

El Rio / Arico offers a variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking or climbing in El Rio's climbing gardens, where tours of various levels of difficulty are possible. The house is also not far from the sea. Playa Abades is a 15-minute drive away.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 persons. The ultra-modern living room has a sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and internet via WiFi. The kitchen is of course modern and equipped with everything you need on vacation.

Both bedrooms own an en-suite bathroom, one of them has a tub and the other a shower. A hairdryer is also available.

The flat has a long veranda with 2 comfortable sofas. For common use, there is a large garden with barbecue as well as a swimming pool. There is also an organic garden on the property.
