Property description
The nice coastal town of Buenavista del Norte lies in the extreme north-west. With almost no tourism, you are surrounded by restored, Canary houses and banana plantations.
This finca with pool, orchards and vegetable gardens lies at the outskirts of Buenavista del Norte, beside the golf course and almost by the sea.
5 flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms are on the ca. 12,000m² big property of the finca. In the garden for all the guests with plants, palms, fruit and avocado trees, there are BBQ, pool (9x3.5m) and sun loungers.
The golf course Buenavista Golf is only ca. 1,5km away from the finca. The beach of Buenavista – „Playa de las Arenas“ - consists of many small pools made of lava. Furthermore, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool with fitness room, sauna and cafeteria directly by the sea.
There is a path, leading from the finca down to the sea.

This holiday flat has 50 m² of living space and is directly at the pool with sun deck and has its own terrace.
The living room contains sofa, sat-TV, kitchen unit and dining table. The kitchen disposes of coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.
In the bedroom, there are double bed and built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom has bathtub with shower, washbasin and WC. Bedlinen, towels, bath and tea towels are there, too.
In case it gets cold, you can ask for a radiator. Washing machine and tumble drier can be used for a small charge, an iron is also there. Pets are allowed.

Great location with mountain and sea view. The finca was comfortable furnished. The terrace has a beautiful and loving design with great furniture and flowers. The neat garden of the finca is stunningly beautiful: flowers and fruit trees everywhere. It was obvious that the owner lovingly cares for everything.
The finca is located off the beaten tourist track. That´s what we liked most about it. We are hoping that this marvellous place will be spared from mass tourism with commerce and ugly buildings.
There is a marvellous path by the sea that makes the coast accessible to pedestrians. Also arranged beach areas and natural pools are at hand.
Everything was beautiful and great! Simply marvellous! Thank you! We will come back!
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Teneriffa kommen dann nur in diese Finca!!!!There is a beautifully located restaurant by the sea beneath the golf course.
