Property description
This holiday flat with sea view is in the north of Tenerife in a pretty little town called Garachico. The flat is on the highest floor of an apt.-building with a total of 3 holiday flats.
The contemplative small town Garachico has a nice oldtown with a square around the church. This square is also built by some restaurants and cafés. This location is perfekt to spent some time and relax. Another highlight in Garachico is an ocean lagoon built by lava flows, which can be used as a pool or the rocks as sunbeds. Within walking distance is also a black sand beach.
The large roof patio, which can be used by all flat guests, has a beautiful panoramic view. Overlooking the Teide, the roofs of Garachico to the ocean with the rock called "Roque de Garachico", which is directly at the coast.

La cocina está equipada con cocina de 2 placas, frigorífico con congelador y pequeños electrodomésticos como cafetera, tostadora y exprimidor. Desde el salón se accede directamente a la gran terraza amueblada, desde la que se disfruta de una magnífica vista del mar y se puede contemplar la puesta de sol al atardecer. El dormitorio tiene una cama doble (140x200cm). El cuarto de baño tiene ducha.
En la gran terraza de la azotea, que está disponible para todos los residentes, tiene una fantástica vista panorámica desde el Teide, sobre los tejados de Garachico hasta el mar con el "Roque de Garachico", que se encuentra pintorescamente frente a la costa.
