Holiday flat with sea view terrace ✔ Wifi ✔ own beach access

This finca is located in Alcala at the popular southwest coast of Tenerife and places in the middle of banana and fruit plantations, close to the sea. It even has a private access to the sea. There are not many fincas like these and even less for holiday rental.
On the finca are 6 small houses / flats, an amazing garden with chill-out pavilion and a BBQ area, as well as flowers, trees and terraces. Here is also the path through the garden and the bananas to the sea (appr. 20m). Reaching the sea, you can swim in the sea water pools on the left, or walk appr. 80m to the new dream beach with a bar and sun loungers. This beach got sponsored by the 5 star hotel.
The good thing: being on the finca, you don’t hear the people at the beach. Here you can relax on the terrace with sea view or in the garden and have a BBQ.

The holiday accommodation has to levels. Also this house got lovely decorated with furnishing from different countries like India or Africa.
The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a shower. In the living room is a sleeping sofa for 2 more people, the TV and Internet. Also the dining table is in the living room. The kitchen is well provided. You have a stove and oven, a refrigerator, microwave, a kettle and coffee machine and much more.
On the outside you have 2 nice and furnished terraces and a great sea view. On good days you can also see the islands La Gomera, El Hierron and La Palma.

The best is the garden with the BBQ area the roofed an un-roofed eating area and the chill-out places with sitting pads and pillows. From here you can walk to the sea.
