Holiday flat with high-quality furnishings, high-speed WiFi & pool in Chayofa

This flat is located in Chayofa, above Los Cristianos, in a quiet complex with a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees.

Chayofa is about 300 m above sea level. This tranquil and well-kept place is known for its beautiful gardens. The beaches and golf courses on the southwest coast of the island are only a few minutes away by car and the airport is only 15 km away. In Chayofa itself there are tennis courts, a few restaurants and a small supermarket. In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are 3 very good restaurants and a small supermarket.

The holiday flat is equipped to a high standard. Since recently the flat also has a fibre-optic connection for high-speed WLAN, which is perfect for long-term holidaymakers who have to work from time to time.

In the living room there is a sofa bed (140 x200), a relax chair, stool, coffee table and a SAT-TV flatscreen (48 inch, 3D/Full HD LED). The kitchen is openly integrated into the living room and visually separated by a bar with stool. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires, e.g. an oven, a dishwasher, an extra-wide induction cooker, a multi-steam cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso cooker (electric), sandwich maker, fridge/freezer and other utensils. For the use of the electrical appliances, the available manuals will assist you.

A Dyson hoover is also available.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a wall cupboard incl. ironing board and iron as well as a fan (with heating function). From the bedroom you can directly reach the beautiful terrace. The bathroom has a small bathtub (1.30m) with shower, a hairdryer and a tumble dryer.

The flat has a nicely furnished terrace (16 m²) from which you have a sea view (not from every point of the terrace). The terrace can be partially shaded by an awning.
