Property description
Affordable holiday flats in a beautiful new complex in country-hotel-style located at the upper end of Icod de los Vinos 340 m above the sea level.
The facility contains a typical canary patio, a big community terrace with ocean view, a big heated 4 x 2.5 m jacuzzi, as well as an elevator.
Alltogether there are 42 living quarters with different furnishing and equipment.
There is a restaurant and a pharmacy on the facility and enough parking lots in the basement car park.
The staff will be available for requests of any kind. If wanted guests can book half board or breakfast at a premium.
Icod de los Vinos is famous for its “thousand-year-old dragon tree” which is the landmark of the picturesque town. The 25 m high dragon tree with its 10 m stock is located in a beautiful park with stories of the guanche-time and a cave.
The historic city of Icod de los Vinos with numerous historical buildings, small cafés and shops and the Plaza with impressive trees brings out the southern, romantic flair.
Equipment
The 35 qm holiday flats (studios) with a beautiful roof deck have ocean or mountain and valley view. They all provide a living-bed-room with small fitted kitchen, bathroom and doouble bed. The studios are located on 3rd and 4th floor of the facility.
Other: The reception is open until 10 pm. For late arrival after 10 pm a fee of 30 euros is to be added.
