Holiday flat on the coast El Sauzal: extraordinary location above the sea

This holiday flat is ideal to recharge your batteries! It is located in a quiet and idyllic area for detached houses in Los Angeles, on the coast, only 100 m above sea level and below the centre of El Sauzal.. It is built on the roof of a typical Canarian villa. Nevertheless it has an independent entrance and a small private garden.

From the furnished terrace you have view of the whole north coast as well as of the majestic vulcan Teide and the Atlantic. The Costa Sauzal is not far away: here you can enjoy the beach and the sea aside from the mass tourism. You can also go for hikes in this beautiful region. The seawater pool is reachable within ca. 30 minutes on foot and about 8-10 minutes by car.

The flat has 45qm and fits ideal for 2 people. The highlight is in front of the flat: a 40qm terrace with fantastic view! The terrace is furnished with table, 2 chairs as well as sunbeds and parasol and a grill is also available on request.

The bedroom consists of 2 single beds (100x200cm), 2 beside tables and a large wardrobe.
There is an open kitchen in the livingroom as well as a veranda with beautiful view, a sofa, a commode with flatscreen TV (satelite television), books, games and a dining table with 2 chairs. The small kitchen is equipped with two ceran cooking plates, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (turk.) and a juice press. The bath offers a tub with douche, a toilet, a washing table with mirror, a hairdryer and towels.
