Property description
This holiday flat is located in Puerto de la Cruz, approx. 200m from Playa Jardin. From the 18m² terrace you have a wonderful view of the garden of the complex as well as the Teide. The complex has a beautiful pool area with 3 pools, sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a palm tree garden.
Puerto de la Cruz is very popular. You have everything on site, you don't need a rental car - bus stops are nearby, the climate is mild all year round. Puerto de la Cruz has a beautiful old town, promenade along the sea, good restaurants, nice shops and southern flair. The famous Martianez swimming pool is also in Puerto. But above all, the fine sandy beach Playa Jardin, designed according to the plans of the artist Cesar Manriques, attracts many visitors.
Equipment
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor (a lift is available). The living area is furnished with a couch with sleeping function, a TV with SAT-TV and a dining area for 4 persons. From here you can access the furnished balcony.
The kitchen is openly integrated and equipped with all important electrical appliances such as cooker, extractor bonnet, refrigerator, coffee machine and other cooking utensils.
The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together if necessary. There is also a wardrobe and a dressing table.
All in all, the spacious 65 m² flat with its location near the beach, the beautiful pool area and WLAN at the reception offers everything for a wonderful holiday in Puerto de la Cruz.

The flat has an optimal location. The beach, bus stop and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, cafes and bars are also in the complex. Everything is within easy walking distance. The bus station and the promenade of Puerto de la Cruz are also within walking distance in only 10 - 15 minutes.
A rental car is not absolutely necessary.The landlord doesn't speak German, but if there are any problems, he is very helpful and friendly and takes care of them immediately. The flat has everything you need for self-catering.

The location was ideal for us, everything such as the beach, bus stop, shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity and easy to reach on foot. A rental car is not absolutely necessary.
The landlord was very friendly and helpful. A lamp did not work and was repaired immediately. The flat was functionally furnished, everything was there that is necessary for a self-catering holiday. A filled fruit bowl and water as a welcome gift also pleased us.

On the whole, the property was fine. Well equipped kitchen. Bedroom okay, with plenty of storage space. Positive, of course, is the washing machine.

Very centrally located. Shopping facilities, restaurants, beach and everything you need for a good holiday can be reached within 5-10 minutes.
You don't need a car here, unless you want to explore the island. Something that was bad - which is not because of the complex, but because of the proximity to the beach - the parking spaces on the street are always occupied. Sometimes longer distances were needed to park the rental car. The hotel in which the holiday flat was located has an underground car park, but I did not ask whether I was allowed to park my car there.The flat itself was very well described, we found it that way. There was nothing wrong with the flat. The communication with the landlord about handing over the keys was flawless. A small tip on my part, since we did not speak Spanish and the landlord could not speak German, it is best to write the landlord a text message which he then translates and then reacts to. We were late for the handover of keys because of a flight delay. A phone call was almost pointless because of the language difficulties until the landlord told me to send him an SMS. After that everything worked out.
