Property description

The holiday flat is on the 2nd and at the same time on the highest floor of the building. The living space is around 75qm, devided into a large linvingarea, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and an extra patio to the courtyard with 4qm (there is also a washing machine and a place to let the laundry dry), a balcony with 5,55qm.

Alcalá is a small fishing village in the southwest area of Tenerife with a nice village square, a beach and a harbour. There are numerous supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Important facilities like a pharmacy, a post office, banks and busstops to other bigger villages are around.

A new seafront with playgrounds, pieces of sports equipment and some more beaches is attractive and has a big amount of recreational value. Shopping is easy to do within walking distance and only a few minutes away from the flat is a small sandbay and a plaza with some benches in the shade. The village at the ocean is a perfect example for a typical fishing village with a small harbour, bizarre lava flows, small fishing boats and narrow alleys.

Even for diver is Alcalá a great holiday spot, because of a diving school in the village and besides of only one hotel in Alcalá there is not that much tourism.

Equipment

The living-/diningroom is modern equipped a couch, which can be used as a bed, television and a nice diningtable. The bedroom has a big king-size bed and a built-in closet and a window to the quiet courtyard side.In the bathromm is a shower, a sink and a toilet.

There are 2 outdoor areas belonging to the holiday flat. One of the two balconies with a table and some chairs is next to the livingroom and has a harbour view and the second one is accessible from the kitchen.

Note: There are 2 almost similar holiday flats in that house, only the interior differs in color and style a little bit. The pictures are representative for both holiday flats.

Alcalá offers everything necessary close enough for a holiday without a hired car and therefore it is perfect for sabbatical leave.
