Property description
The residential complex consists of three floors with spectacular views in Playa San Marcos in Icod de los Vinos. The building is located in a quiet residential area without car traffic near Apartamentos Lourdes. There is a bus stop, which takes you to the beach in 5 minutes. It is about 250 metres from the flat to the beach.
The municipality of Icod de Los Vinos is one of the most visited on the island with its charming alleys and boutiques, and you can visit the Dragon Tree and the Butterfly Park here. In about 10 minutes by car you can be in Icod de los Vinos. It is only 20 minutes by car to the parrot park in Puerto de la Cruz. From Tenerife North Airport you can reach your holiday destination in about 40 minutes and 80 minutes from Tenerife South.
Equipment
The holiday flat has been renovated in the style of a loft. The salon with all-round glazing offers a wonderful view. Up to 2 children can sleep on the sofas in the living room. Due to the glazing it is possible to cook with a view of the sunset on the 2 plate induction cooker in the kitchen!
The bedroom with sea view has a double bed (160x200). Up to 3 baby travel cots can be booked at a flat rate. There is a 150x150 shower room with rain shower column, 2 toilets and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room.
The covered terrace with glass railing offers views of the bay as well as the cliffs of Playa de San Marcos and the Atlantic Ocean. Outside you have a pergola, bench and garden furniture.

The location above the bay of San Marcos is very beautiful. You have a super view from the terrace. Sun from noon until evening, when it shines.
The flat is pleasantly bright due to a lot of glass. Very nice shower (unfortunately no picture of it on the internet), sanitary area also ok. We slept well in the beds. The terrace is sheltered from the wind, so that you can sit outside in the evening even if the weather is not so nice.
