Property description
This finca is in the heart of several banana and fruit plantations by the sea, on the beautiful and popular southwest coast of Tenerife, right next to Alcalá. A dream place to relax and switch off from hectic everyday life. The location is exclusive, as the finca is so close to the water and has private access to the sea.
On the finca there are several casa rurales (former farmhouses) which have been restored and modernised. Together with the terrace areas with sun loungers and sea views, surrounded by banana fields and the path to the sea, a holiday oasis has been created on the finca.
Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro (on a clear day, of course) with a glass of wine or a fresh beer in your hand while enjoying the peace and quiet on the sun terrace, which brings a magnificent sunset in the evening hours.
Between banana trees, the small path leads you directly from the finca to the sea (approx. 5 minutes on foot). Once at the sea, there are small seawater swimming pools with ladders on the left and around the corner, about 80m further along a path, is the new dream sandy bay of Alcalá with sun loungers and a beach bar. You can reach the centre of Alcala via the promenade along the sea.
Equipment
This holiday home has 2 private terraces. One of them is inside the house, a kind of indoor patio connected to the dining room. The second terrace is outside, from where you also have access to the house. From this terrace you have a view of the banana trees and the island of La Gomera, and on some days a view of wonderful sunsets.
The holiday home is fully equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are also two complete bathrooms with showers.
In the kitchen-living room there is also a kitchenette which is equipped with household appliances such as a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and pots. An open arch separates the kitchen from the dining room. In addition, there is a TV room.
A beautiful large terrace belongs to the holiday home. The house is rustic, but the interior style is a mixture of "modern and simple".
On the finca there is another nice sunbathing area under palm trees which is available to all guests.

Beautiful complex, very nice landlords. When asked about missing kitchen equipment and toys for the children, they responded immediately and nicely! Fresh fruit for everyone free of charge... the proximity to the sea very nice.
Tenerife is a beautiful island with much variety. Besides the beaches near Alcala, the sandy beaches of Playa del Duque (off Adeje) are recommended (fine white sand), as well as Les Teresitas in the north. The Anaga Mountains in the north are a very nice hiking region, and La Laguna is a very nice town. And of course the Canadas, the mountain region around the Teide...

We are thrilled with the flat and its location. The furnishing of the flat is very high quality, loving and well thought out.
We were pleased with the free fruit and vegetables that were always offered.
The location (within the banana plantation, close to the beach and the natural pools) is ideal and we especially enjoyed the tranquillity of the place.
In our eyes, Alcala is a gem on the west coast that has not (yet?) been spoiled by mass tourism hotels.Drago Milenario and the beautiful garden around it. And of course the Pico del Teide.
